Oh to be as wise as Hobbes!!

I went to the …. [fill in later] last night, can’t believe it was £9
to get in! It was graduation night for loads of former 4th Year Science and
Maths students… it was not the best of venues I feel - I can’t actually
ever remember having a really good night at that place.

On my way in, I met Sara - who was going to try the salsa dancing she
heard was on in here. Wanted to see if I lived up to my claims of dancing
greatness (though I don’t think I ever made any claims!!) but it didn’t
really happen after all. Oh, surprisingly, or not, another slight
Cardcaptors fan found!

Hmmm… my swim instructor thinks that I have a thingy - a dorsal(?) something
or other, meaning that when I’m swimming, the natural tendency is for my feet
to not be pointed straight. Makes it harder to do the front and back crawl,
but easier to do the breast stroke?

Anyway, she suggests reflexology as a possible solution… I might look into
it

8th on the leaderboard at ngforum.net! For Ireland, that is. I’m sure that
won’t last too long though! Even Gareth is beating me [joke]

Must have been distracted on Wednesday - duplication of messages, pretty
much! Oh well. Anyway Ireland through to the World Cup - nice! And
graduations ‘n stuff tonight, going out required…

Second last swim class Oh well… must go out for drinks after the last
one

That was not a good idea. Drinking during work, that is.!!! My brain is
distinctly fuzzy… ooerr as they say.

Also… keeping an eye on #mozilla and #mozillazine currently - interesting
to listen to the discussion. For example, Hyatt suggested that there was
now a 20% difference in performance between the current mozilla code and
Netscape 6.2!!

Cardcaptors has started the second
series - it has moved away from the capture the next card idea, on
towards a setup when Sakura IS the Cardcaptor, and master of the cards,
and all the trials that happen after…

I don’t like to say this - but I didn’t like the wine at the Mathsoc
reception at all Maybe I’m too picky!
