Monday, June 30th, 2003New Mozilla-based aggregator
Monday, June 30th, 2003Now, this is a nice aggregator! I’m impressed with it so far, it works very like how I would like an aggregator to work.
Issues? It’s heavy on memory, slows down the opening of new windows, and I think the Mozilla-Java interaction can cause crashes (I’ve experienced a few). I hope that my upgrade to the 1.4.2 JVM might help with the last issue.
Another crash… I must work out the full scheme for building mozilla so that I can get some stack trace information.
Asa, if you ever see this, it would be so handy sometimes for dabblers if the debug symbols for nightly Windows builds could be made available. Some of us can at least fiddle with windbg and forward some basic analysis…
